Payment & Assistance: Follow on-site payment instructions for payment and contact an attendant if you need assistance.

Machine Maintenance: If a washer or dryer is not working properly, please do not attempt to repair or force the machine. Notify an attendant immediately so we can assist you and place the machine out of service if needed.

Noise Policy: Please be respectful of other customers. Keep noise to a minimum, including music and phone calls, to help maintain a comfortable environment for everyone.

No Outside Food or Beverages: To help keep our facility clean and sanitary, outside food and beverages are not permitted inside the laundromat. Please dispose of all trash properly.

No Smoking or Vaping: Smoking and vaping are not permitted inside the laundromat or near entrances. This policy helps protect the health and comfort of all customers.

Photography and Video Policy: For the privacy and safety of our customers, photography and video recording are not permitted inside the laundromat without management approval.

Refund Policy: Refunds are not guaranteed. If you experience a machine or payment issue, please notify an attendant immediately. Requests must be made at the time of the issue so we can review and assist appropriately.

Lost and Found: Items left behind may be placed in our lost and found. Please ask an attendant for assistance. Unclaimed items will be held for a limited time and may be discarded or donated.

Accessibility: Fresh And Clean Coin Laundry is committed to providing an accessible environment. If you need assistance, please notify an attendant and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.

Pet Policy: Pets are not permitted inside the laundromat. Service animals are welcome in accordance with applicable laws.

Prohibited Items: Do not wash items that contain hazardous, flammable, or explosive materials, including gasoline, oil, paint, solvents, or chemicals. These items may damage equipment and create a serious safety risk.

Conduct Policy: Fresh And Clean Coin Laundry is committed to a safe and respectful environment. Harassment, threatening behavior, discrimination, or disruptive conduct will not be tolerated. Management may ask any individual to leave the premises if policies are violated.

Maintenance and Temporary Closures: From time to time, machines may be taken out of service for cleaning or repairs. Fresh And Clean Coin Laundry reserves the right to close areas of the store or temporarily close a location for maintenance, safety, or operational reasons.

Horseplay Policy: Horseplay, running, roughhousing, or any unsafe behavior is not permitted. For everyone’s safety, please walk and supervise children at all times. Management may ask anyone to leave if this policy is violated.

Lost or Stolen Items: Fresh And Clean Coin Laundry is not responsible for lost or stolen personal property. Please keep valuables with you, report concerns to an attendant immediately, and we may review available camera footage when possible, but cannot guarantee recovery.
